Our invoicing call may not include all the sessions you've done the previous month if you validated their status too late. Our call only takes into account the sessions that were already validated.
In this case, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to detail the sessions that weren't counted. Then, we will let you know the amount you can invoice.

If you realise you've made a mistake in your invoicing one month after the payment was sent, you can't transfer the difference to the following invoice. In this case you should send a revised invoice via SurveyMonkey and make sure to write down the relevant month on the form. Then, you can send us an email to let us know.
